Heute kommt Katchie Ananda zu Wort. Sie ist Yogalehrerin und Schülerin von Jack Kornfield. Katchie lebt in Santa Fe in New Mexico und unterrichtet immer wieder in der Schweiz, ihrem Heimatland und auch in Deutschland. Nächste Woche ist sie im Hotel Hubertus! (Info zum Retreat) Ich freue mich schon sehr darauf, dort mit ihr Yoga zu machen.
Hier nun Katchie's Statement zum Glück der kleinen Dinge:
The Dalai Lama’s special mantra is kindness. Happiness happens when we learn to be kind to ourselves, the peoples in our lives, the earth and the other beings that live with us on this special planet.
I do a gratitude practice every day as part of my meditation practice – I often experience happiness through the remembrance of the many blessings in my life.
We often forget what a big impact we have on the world. We can feel unseen, unloved or in some cases even useless – and that is a big problem! Nothing could be further from the truth. Every thought we have has a mass, and therefore a gravitational pull which affects reality physically. Noetic Science and other advanced methods of sciences are proving this as we speak. Once we awaken to the fact that EVERYTHING we think, say or do has a big impact, we wake up to the fact that joy is in everything we do.
Little things to do that lead to happiness:
- Slow it down
- Laugh and cry more
- Calm the mind and open the heart
